Marketing Manager
I’m a product and growth marketer with 4+ years leading end-to-end launches across Web3, gaming, and AI - from pre-product chaos to multi-channel go-to-market, user acquisition, community growth, and ongoing engagement. I sit naturally at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations: the person who can translate technical features into clear value, ship fast, and keep teams aligned while products evolve daily.
At LIFT (formerly BattleFly), I joined early and helped scale the ecosystem from zero to a community of 300K+ on X and 34K+ on Discord, shipping GTM for Web3 games, DeFi products, and new AI releases. I led all product communications, managed launches under high regulatory pressure, built onboarding systems, and ran incentive programs that brought 78K users into the ecosystem. I also led a full rebrand across design, engineering, and creative teams.
Alongside my Web3 experience, I bring 5+ years of Web2 marketing across national campaigns, brand growth, membership acquisition, and multi-channel execution. This grounding gives me an edge: I understand marketing fundamentals, how to communicate without jargon, and how to build trust with mainstream users - which becomes invaluable when translating complex Web3 concepts into clear, human-centred messaging. It means I operate with Web3 speed but Web2 discipline, avoiding hype-only tactics and focusing on durable adoption.
I’m also the founder of an AI automation agency, giving me frontline experience across outbound, demos, onboarding, retention, and shaping product around real customer problems. That hands-on commercial experience makes me particularly strong at connecting product decisions to user behaviour and revenue impact. Having my own business is fun but has confirmed that I prefer working with a team.
I thrive in early-stage environments where you solve ambiguity instead of waiting for answers - contributing across product, marketing, community, operations, and partnerships. I’m looking for roles where I can take ownership of GTM, product storytelling, growth loops, and user education within a team building genuinely useful Web3 or AI products.
