Community Manager

Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Maintain high levels of customer service and customer relationship management. Ensure displays, product presentation, and store environment meet brand standards. Handle escalated customer concerns, complaints, and special requests. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets. Manage stock levels, track inventory movement, and coordinate stock counts. Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate ordering and deliveries. Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reports, expense logs, and petty cash. Assist with bookkeeping functions such as invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier payments. Work closely with accountants or financial partners to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prepare weekly and monthly financial performance reports. Implement project tracking systems for tasks such as orders, repairs, custom jewelry design, and staff responsibilities. Coordinate timelines with suppliers, jewelers, designers, and repair technicians to ensure timely delivery. Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Lead, supervise, and support store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

Conduct incoming inspections on raw materials, steel sheets, motors, bearings, blades, shafts and outsourced components. Perform in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, welding penetration, alignment, blade pitch, and compliance with engineering drawings. Carry out final inspections on completed ventilation fans, housings, cones, silencers and accessories prior to shipment. Inspect and verify surface preparation and coating/galvanizing quality. Check welds for porosity, cracks, undercutting, warping and adherence to WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications). Confirm welders are qualified and operating within approved procedures. Ensure fabricated assemblies meet structural integrity standards and are safe for use in high-vibration mine environments. Maintain QC inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), repair logs, and sign-off sheets. Verify compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and mine safety regulations. Report quality deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Oversee dynamic balancing testing of impellers and fan blades. Participate in performance test runs on completed fan units. Ensure equipment meets noise, vibration, airflow and efficiency benchmarks. Work closely with engineers, welders, production supervisors and store personnel to address product quality issues. Recommend improvements to fabrication processes, jigs, and production workflows. Assist in training workers on quality standards and proper fabrication methods. Conduct onsite visits to mines for installation inspection, commissioning assistance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting vibration, airflow, or operational concerns. Provide feedback to engineering and production teams based on site findings. Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and product performance verification.
