我并非工程背景，但具备基础的 Solidity 学习经验，能够理解合约调用、治理执行与 timelock 等核心机制；同时，我的项目管理与系统分析经验，使我能够快速识别治理设计中的结构性风险，并将其转译为清晰的结论。另外，曾经的项目经历里，执行计划、让目标落地的快感也使得我意识到，我不只想停留在思考和分析层面，也希望在现实工作场域中推动方案落地，让好的结构和判断真正进入运行之中。

目前，我希望在治理分析、治理运营、项目管理或相关支持角色 中，参与真实系统的长期演化，将结构化分析与流程治理能力应用到实际场景中。

While I don't have an engineering background, I possess basic Solidity learning experience and understand core mechanisms such as contract calls, governance execution, and timelocks. Furthermore, my project management and system analysis experience allows me to quickly identify structural risks in governance design and translate them into clear conclusions. Additionally, my past project experience, the satisfaction of executing plans and achieving goals, has made me realize that I do not just want to remain at the level of thinking and analysis. I also hope to drive the implementation of solutions in real-world work environments, ensuring that good structures and judgments are truly operational.

Currently, I hope to participate in the long-term evolution of real systems in governance analysis, governance operations, project management, or related support roles, applying structured analysis and process governance capabilities to practical scenarios.
