Front End Developer

Studied application flow and user interface (UI) to understand system functionality and user experience. Designed and tested 20+ system features, including transaction flow, product management, and user access management. Created and executed 50+ UI test cases to validate feature functionality, usability, and overall system behavior. Designed and performed API testing test cases to validate backend functionality and data accuracy. Collaborated in requirement analysis and ensured system functionality met business needs. Prepared user manuals and user guides to support application usage and documentation. Documented and reported software bugs clearly to support the development team in resolving issues. Tested a small-to-medium scale business application designed for daily operational use.

Developed a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system with role-based access control for three user roles: Owner, Staff, and Customer. Implemented system features allowing owners full access, while staff and customers had limited permissions based on their roles. Tested role-based access control to ensure proper permission handling for different user roles. Validated transaction workflows to support daily business operations.

Coordinated communication with external partners and managed organizational social media activities.
