Management: built two frontend development teams from scratch (iOS, Android), transition from outsourcing model to in-house competencies, adopted Agile processes, implemented two-week sprints approach. Development: onboarding refactoring, Veriff.sdk integration (iOS+Android), cross-platform browser, Wallet.Connect (Kotlin Multiplatform) integration, migrated buildSrc to the version catalog (toml), introduced Jetpack Compose rails for new features, POC with Solana, funded by the Solana Foundation. CI/CD and Infrastructure: setup pipeline for Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) module build using git-flow, 2 times improved CI/CD speed for iOS by introducing SPM caching, fully automated CI/CD for iOS releases using CircleCI.

Full stack dating application development. Delivered iOS MVP in 6 months with 3 engineers: front-end: native apps (Swift, Kotlin) for iOS and Android, back-end: micro service architecture based on firebase + gcp. TypeScript and Python development languages.

Participated in the team development of an Android SDK for facial recognition. Developing a native Android app for POS terminals using Luna.sdk (Kotlin, C/C++). pipeline refactoring, pipeline speed increased by 70% (from 10 seconds to 3 seconds). Migrated RxJava to Kotlin Flow. Developing a server-side backed solution for remote terminal management (Docker, Python, JS, MQTT).
