Develop strategic planning to launch a new DeFi product on VaporFund, reaching $200,000 TVL and establishing global partnerships with VISA, Ether.Fi, Renzo, BNB Chain, Hashnote by DRW, and others. Collaborate with C-suite executives to maximize opportunities with partners and drive growth in S-Curve Web3 products and blockchain technology.

Led 4 projects in the early stage, from raising funds to listing on tier 1 global crypto exchanges, with a total FDV of$100,000,000 USD. Exchanges included Bybit, KuCoin, MEXC, Gate.io, HTX, BitMart, Bitget, and PancakeSwap. Developed a pre-listing marketing campaign for Playbux in collaboration with top global crypto wallets such as Trust Wallet and OKX Wallet. This campaign resulted in exceeding the target of 1.7 million participants, generating revenue of $250,000 USD. Coordinate and engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and strategic partners, to ensure alignment on project objectives and achieve timely, on-budget delivery. Manage 6 moderators across 4 projects to ensure active engagement and a positive attitude toward the product.

Led a diverse team of 5 tech professionals and 2 UX/UI designers, collaborating with 3 third-party software companies to upgrade from manual KYC to automated eKYC via NDID identity verification which integrated with DOPA and AMLO Gateway to pre scanning which can reduce the risk of NDID verification fail or error to approximately less than 1% and improve customer identity verification success rate from 60% to 90% compared to manual KYC. Gather and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) on Confluence and tracked progress of projects via Jira for multiple projects such as PL migration, Email migration, KYC refreshment, Deposit and Withdraw Cryptocurrency. Reduced information security risks by 40% by implementing new policies and procedures.

Led a diverse team comprising 4 tech professionals and 5 UX/UI designers. Collaborated with 3 third-party global software companies, ensuring the successful delivery of 5 large-scale projects within budget and timelines. Notably, orchestrated the Neha-Tony Kakkar metaverse concert project, achieving a remarkable revenue exceeding $5,500,000 USD. Efficiently managed project risks and challenges, resulting in an impressive 90% on-time project completion rate and a significant 40% cost reduction.

Leveraged Quicknode technology to drastically cut blockchain development expenses by 99.4%, saving over $5,400 per month compared to maintaining our own read node server. Developed generative NFT for 3 projects (both 2D and 3D animation), saving the company 33,000 USD in outsourcing costs.
