Community Manager

Built and managed community and social channels for a global fitness x crypto brand, supporting partnerships, brand collaborations, and communications. Helped drive 7,000+ unique participants across events in 2025 and maintained a Telegram community of 2,500+ active users. Represented the brand at global Web3 events and organized activations in the Philippines to grow awareness and top-of-funnel engagement.

Built a pre-launch acquisition channel through AyaGames: identified a top-of-funnel gap, scoped requirements, hired and managed an external developer, and launched a Telegram mini-game that reached 292k+ total users and 15k active players before core product launch. Worked with developers and UX designers in Figma to turn early community feedback into UI/UX improvements ahead of launch. Built AyaCommunity as a separate growth engine with local communities, managers, and events across India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Prepared launch-ready GitBook FAQs and user guides to support onboarding & user readiness.

Led community, growth, and support across Parallel and Kuma, covering Discord, Telegram, governance forums, and social channels for two DeFi protocols. Scoped requirements, hired and managed an external developer, and shipped a Discord raffle/points bot used across both communities to improve engagement and retention. Built governance forums and supported proposal management for both DAOs. Grew and moderated communities at scale, including Kuma (111.3k X followers, 5.3k Discord) and Parallel (1.5k Discord, 3,079 Telegram).

Led international community and social operations across Mimo’s DeFi ecosystem, spanning tokenized assets, RWA products, and spot/perp initiatives. Managed a distributed team of 4 local Community Managers, plus a social media manager and designer, across X, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. Grew ecosystem reach to 161.8k X followers, 20k+ Telegram members at peak, and supported products that reached $80M TVL peak.

Managed the international community for a crypto payments and wallet product, with ownership of German-speaking users and localization across the app, website, blog, FAQs, Onfido flows, and compliance content. Growth-hacked our App Store rating from 3.3 to 4.6 by incentivizing a core cohort of German power users, tying their reviews to debit card waitlist priority. Supported user communication across regulated and compliance-sensitive touchpoints in both English and German.
