Designed and implemented inventory schema improvements and scalable data handling mechanisms to support large equipment datasets. Integrated barcode scanning for Honeywell and Zebra devices using native capabilities and Data Wedge integrations. Optimized performance by reducing startup time, eliminating memory leaks (including Flat List rendering optimizations), and improving network latency. Owned development of inspection modules, resulting in improved field usability; successfully delivered iOS production release and received organizational recognition for impact.

Led a team of 5-6 developers and acted as Mobile Lead across multiple enterprise React Native applications, handling client interactions, architecture decisions, and production releases. Spearheaded end-to-end architecture and delivery of myEtimecard and Worksana, enterprise payroll platforms serving 2K daily users, implementing offline-first data persistence and background synchronization to ensure accurate salary computation during extended offline periods (up to 5 days). Introduced advanced field tracking features including geo-fencing, mileage tracking, motion detection (vehicle vs. pedestrian), push notifications, and real-time synchronization. Built and maintained multiple production-grade applications (payroll, fleet booking (admin & driver apps), GPS race tracking, and order management domains), with full ownership of App Store and Play Store releases. Established resilient data persistence and synchronization mechanisms to ensure reliability in low-connectivity environments.
