Owned product portfolio spanning a crypto wallet, decentralized exchange (DEX), and cross-chain bridge, managing the full product lifecycle from vision and roadmap through delivery and iteration. Authored PRDs and product specifications for all features, presented them to development teams, and guided implementation through to delivery, resolving ambiguities and unplanned technical challenges as they arose during development. Owned and architected the entire collaborative work management ecosystem at a blockchain fintech startup, including Slack workspace governance, Jira-based delivery tracking, and a Confluence knowledge base covering development processes, onboarding playbooks, and engineering standards across 4 globally distributed teams. Defined and standardized the end-to-end software development lifecycle, aligning 4 cross-timezone teams on shared delivery rituals, tooling standards, and release governance to improve predictability and reduce coordination overhead. Drove continuous process improvement across engineering and business workflows in a blockchain/crypto environment, establishing metrics for velocity, delivery predictability, and collaboration health to guide leadership decisions.

Drove program execution across 5 engineering teams and 25+ engineers, managing dependencies and sequencing across 5+ concurrent projects in a blockchain fintech environment. Designed and implemented SDLC standards, release governance, and agile delivery rituals adopted across all teams, improving delivery predictability and reducing unplanned escalations. Established cross-functional reporting cadences and async communication norms for a fully remote, globally distributed organization, reducing coordination overhead across engineering, product, and operations. Built and maintained program-level risk tracking across concurrent workstreams, translating technical blockers into prioritized escalation paths for executive leadership. Standardized project intake, milestone tracking, and delivery documentation across 5 teams using Jira and Confluence, creating a single source of truth for program status and accountability.

Served as Product Owner on an enterprise knowledge management transformation at PSP Investments ($230B AUM), driving information governance adoption across 95+ departments over a full 2-year project lifecycle — from requirements through implementation. Led a cross-functional team of 10 as Product Owner, managing backlog, sprint planning, and governance process design across IT, legal, and business stakeholders. Facilitated agile teambuilding workshops and change management sessions to accelerate adoption and alignment across departments.

Contributed to an enterprise-wide marketing transformation program at CN Rail as Senior BA and proxy Product Owner, redefining how CN manages and presents its products to internal and external stakeholders.
