Implemented multi-bets in the cashier widget, a key revenue-generating component, increasing revenue by 18%. Resolved a critical performance issue on the main screen: live odds rendering via WebSocket had degraded to an unusable state. Achieved a stable 60fps. Built an internal admin panel on NestJS + GraphQL: odds configuration, bet monitoring, and real-time transaction analytics. Enabled the team to manage players and block violators without direct database access. Reworked the Material-UI design system that had been slowing down feature delivery. Built a BFF service on Express: handled data aggregation and transformation between the Java backend and the client, reducing load time on key screens and unblocking parallel development. Conducted 50+ technical interviews and assembled a team of 7 developers (3 senior, 4 middle), enabling simultaneous development across multiple modules. I designed and implemented a micro-frontend architecture from scratch: an external team joined development without access to the main repository, cutting onboarding time from a month to a week. Initiated the migration to TypeScript before team scaling began. By the time the team reached 7 people, the entire codebase was typed — the team grew without compromising code quality or delivery speed.
