Co-led ecosystem operations and community strategy for a Web3 gaming project, helping raise ~$100K for development and ecosystem expansion. Managed Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X community engagement — acting as the visible, trusted voice of the ecosystem. Coordinated partnerships, investor communications, whitepaper operations, and GTM planning across a distributed remote team. Gained direct experience representing an early-stage Web3 brand to its community and external stakeholders before a successful exit from the project.

Owned end-to-end community growth — scaled Telegram from ~4K to 20K+ members and launched Discord to 2.5K+ members, with full accountability for engagement, retention, and growth metrics. Built and managed a 200+ person global ambassador network across community, writer, creator, and ecosystem emissary tracks — including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing retention. Designed and executed repeatable engagement programs: AMAs, Discord events, educational webinars, ecosystem activations, and hackathons — always owning execution end-to-end. Leveraged Zealy for structured ambassador and advocacy initiatives, driving measurable participation and sustained community activity. Maintained high-trust, high-quality moderation standards across Telegram, Discord, and other community channels in a fast-moving crypto-native environment. Worked cross-functionally with ecosystem, marketing, and product teams to convert community feedback into content, campaigns, and improved user experience. Operated in a remote-first global environment with autonomy, ambiguity, and shifting priorities across multiple time zones. Supported ecosystem growth during major Web3 expansion phases and contributor campaigns — driving community momentum through structured, repeatable programs.
