Built the real-time layer over WebSockets; hardened the Dio API layer with typed error handling, encrypted requests, request signing, and strict logging hygiene. Led an app-wide design system; built the CI/CD pipeline from scratch; centralized typed navigation; co-owned iOS & Android store deployment.
