Led cross-functional teams to deliver web and mobile banking applications for LATAM clients including Banco BCI and Prival Bank, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure. Developed and maintained plans across risk, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Built strong client relationships, consistently delivering business value on schedule and earning repeat stakeholder trust. Managed third-party vendors and partners directly, ensuring seamless integration of their solutions into delivery pipelines.

Coached junior developers while contributing to critical modules including card management, fund transfers, and MPIN for one of the UAE's top Islamic banks.

Delivered digital banking modules for DBS (Development Bank of Singapore), SAMBA (Saudi American Bank), and NBO (National Bank of Oman), including transfers, biometric authentication, geofencing, and third-party integrations. Worked on-site at client premises to ensure smooth UAT sign-offs and production deployments.
