Receiving SPP (Surat Permintaan Pembelian) from Marketing/Development, Making Purchase Order based on production order, Following up PO material to supplier, Input invoice to ERP System then transfer the data to finance department to process payment.

Creating CBD (Cost Break Down) for shoes production (New Balance), Calculating yield consumption with RSPN and SATRASUMM application, Send out the Cost Break Down to New Balance Costing, Working together with related department (PD, Purchasing, BOM and Marketing Team) to get supporting data (spec, order list, price list, etc), Making Cost Analysist (Cost impact, Material Cost), Communication with supplier to get information such as price, Quotation and Detail of the process.

Inputting PO, Making Worksheet for production, Preparing document delivery (Packing List, Surat Jalan, Invoice, Faktur Pajak, Etc), Communicate with buyer if any update ETD, Follow up with production for PO readiness, Booking DHL and do Export Declaration (PEB) for export shipping, Making Sales report.

Creating CBD (Cost Break Down) for shoes production, Calculating yield consumption with RSPN and SATRASUMM application, Uploading CBD to ERP system, Working together with related department (PD, Purchasing, BOM and Marketing Team) to get supporting data (spec, order list, price list, etc), Making Cost Analysist (Cost impact, Labor Cost, Material Cost).

Pressing Armhole using PMM machine, Quality Check, Making daily report and checking machine temperature.
