Developed a production ML model for managing courier workload and allocating courier hours across fulfillment centers and time slots; the model reduced delivery cost per order by 2% and saved around $25M annually in courier payroll costs while preserving service quality and avoiding growth in customer-facing critical delivery delays. Developed a minimum order amount lower-bound model that increased ARPS by 1% without reducing order conversion or active users, generating around $7M annually. Developed and productionized a dynamic pricing model for Samokat’s product storefront, including discount optimization, user segmentation, and demand-response modeling; the model increased ARPPU by 0.6% and generated around $18M annually. Productionized ML workflows using Python, SQL, PySpark, Polars, CatBoost, Darts, MLflow, Airflow-style pipelines, S3/MinIO, and parquet-based data marts.

Developed a dynamic pricing and discount optimization model for marketplace products, improving total front margin by 0.4% and generating around $6M annually in incremental profit. Developed uplift models for promo-code targeting and personalized marketing communications, increasing promo redemption rate / conversion to promo order and generating around $800K annually. Worked with large-scale transactional, product, pricing, and marketing communication data using Python, SQL, Spark, Hive, HDFS, ClickHouse, CatBoost, LightGBM, pandas/Polars, and production data marts.

Built and maintained forecasting systems for analytical centers and business clients, covering key macroeconomic and market indicators with time series models, machine learning, mixed-frequency data, and automated reporting pipelines. Delivered an ML consulting project for a short-term rental platform similar to Airbnb, developing models for rental price index construction, market analytics, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting in volatile market conditions. Conducted fundamental macroeconomic research and developed forecasting models for analytical centers and business clients; authored multiple publications in Q1 Scopus-indexed journals.
