Operated and developed Kubernetes infrastructure across production, staging, development and testing environments, including production AWS EKS. Supported Kubernetes infrastructure used by 50-80 developers across 40-50 namespaces and multiple product services. Managed AWS infrastructure with Terraform, including EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ALB, security groups, networking and autoscaling. Maintained GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and Helm and developed CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI. Optimized Kubernetes workloads, CPU/memory requests and limits, resource utilization and scaling mechanisms using Karpenter and KEDA. Investigated production incidents involving network latency/connectivity, CPU/memory pressure, pod restarts and application degradation using logs and metrics; participated in day and night on-call rotations. Improved AWS cost efficiency through spend analysis, workload utilization reviews and EC2/node optimization; optimized base Docker images and infrastructure reliability.

Operated Kubernetes environments and implemented GitOps workflows with Flux. Supported PROD/UAT/DEV/QA platforms, centralized logging and monitoring with Fluent Bit and OpenSearch, and collaborated with international customers.
