Reporting directly to the CTO, I took end-to-end ownership of the Perpetuals project, to increase the robustness of this product before the company was acquired. Added observability across the services, led an architecture review, built the feature roadmap.

Reporting directly to the CTO, I had end-to-end responsibility for highly complex technical projects such as re-architecting the fraud engine, assessment of incidents related to Apache Kafka, migration of logs to OTel standard.

Technical leader of the Backbone team. Monthly statements of all types of accounts, optimisations in the multi-computer processing pipeline, improvements in the development and testing process, career plan follow-up for each team member.

Technical leader of the User data team. Maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of APIs for 4 million users, unification of users, collaboration in new platform creation.

Management of ~2 million users' personal information, creation and release to production of new APIs in microservices architecture.
