Payments operations specialist in a multi-entity banking and brokerage group, owning the end-to-end client withdrawal lifecycle across three regulated entities. Day-to-day counterparty to PSPs, correspondent banks and custodians — investigating failed and delayed payments, disputing charge deductions, and switching providers during downtime. Authored the group-wide securities transfer procedure and built the operations dashboard used to track payment SLAs.
