Acquired and led the joint venture end-to-end, coding with Claude to deliver AI solutions 3x faster than proposed, ensuring milestone adherence and quality while engaging clients and tracking impact. Supported the CEO in hiring, go-to-market strategy, and product shaping for AI initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines, and structuring complex problem statements into actionable initiatives. Developed the business cases and value propositions for this AI solution, presenting it to executives and leadership coaches launching their personal brand.

Conceptualised and led product and growth strategy for an AI-driven trading platform, selecting indicators and signals for stocks and crypto assets, and translating analysis into data-driven recommendations. Facilitated workshops with cross-functional teams and clients to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business challenges into scalable solutions.

Founded and led a venture studio building products using curated and on-chain data for AI agents to help launch new initiatives in finance and trading. Designed and incubated 3 AI products, leading benchmarks, early user feedback, growth strategy, data scraping, content, and milestone execution across a cross-functional team of up to 5 developers and designers.

Consultant and proposal manager for CGI's AI and digital transformation offering; structuring the proposal, kick-off, and platform deep-dive, working on Telefonica Germany, the City of Munich, Digital Twin, Smart City initiatives, and the Bavarian Ministry of Justice. Scaled a knowledge-management platform across 5+ departments, and sold the SaaS solution, that drove adoption, secured assignments and enabled reusable solutions.

Managed a $1.5M and a $4M digital asset recovery case end-to-end, leading the blockchain & OSINT investigation team and coordinating directly with local law enforcement and the crypto-VCs, and closed the first clients.

Secured accreditation and partnerships with NVIDIA, AWS, Fraunhofer Institute, and Oberpfaffenhofen Test Airport, applied for new flight certifications (SORA) and developed a training program. Raised public funding and increased awareness about low-cost systems, wrote proposal, and managed investor outreach.

Co-led P3's commercial UAV division after winning an internal innovation & team challenge; defined the service portfolio, drafted client proposals, and secured internal funding. Consulted at Airbus on the A350 XWB programme, managing risk and claim cases, launching change-management and IT projects to escalate and reduce a $50M/year loss.
