▪ Swiggy is a Quick Commerce Platform providing food delivery, grocery services, and dining convenience. ▪ As a Sr SDE, I oversee 3 pods - GrowthX, Partnership, and Martech - managing technology solutions and development, PR & tech doc reviews, technical simplifications, Gantt planning, resource allocation, and mentoring. o Designed high & low level solutions (HLD & LLD), and developed a new pod - Martech within Swiggy. This has enabled ads, events, and inventory management across vendors leading to new 30k/day orders. o Led gamification project with strict deadlines (3 weeks) across 4 teams and 10 devs, resulting in no bugs and blockbuster GTM, giving 17k/day incremental orders. o Led a multi-category P2P reward system & comms system handling over 100K API requests per minute using Golang and AWS with observability. ▪ I regularly work with program, product, and business folks (>10 projects), helping with resource allocation & gnatt prep. ▪ Mentored junior developers by conducting regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. ▪ I prepared & delegated a half-yearly tech simplification plan across 25 microservices, giving us > $1500 in savings/per month last quarter.

▪ Worked as a Product Developer on the compensation application within Oracle's HCM Division. ▪ As an SDE 2, I owned & re-engineered the Individual Compensation module within the compensation application, fixing existing 40+ bugs, and improving module processing speed by optimizing the calculation components resulting in 35% lesser execution time. ▪ Mentored 1 junior developer.

▪ Developed a generic and recursive rule engine using ANTLR4 for a client, creating over 1300 unique row and aggregation rules to evaluate survey responses, enhancing data processing capabilities. ▪ Created full-stack applications for the financial industry using MERN, ELK, and MAXIQ; enabled early detection of defaulters in Wholesale Banking, generating $350k in revenue and securing Best Performer of the quarter.
