Analyst

I am a system analyst at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), where I have been working for the past 3.5 years. I have over 10 years of experience in various IT roles, such as software developer, network engineer, business analyst, and IT support specialist. My mission is to provide effective and innovative IT solutions that enhance the academic and administrative functions of MCU.

As a system analyst, I lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. I coordinate project team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals. I conduct research and analysis to identify business requirements and opportunities. I develop and deliver IT consulting reports and presentations to clients. I also develop and maintain websites using various programming languages and tools, such as PHP, Laravel, Flutter, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I manage website content and updates, ensuring functionality and responsiveness. I utilize my expertise in web technologies to enhance user experience and optimize performance. Additionally, I manage and maintain network infrastructure and systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls. I configure and monitor network devices to ensure seamless connectivity. I provide technical support for network-related issues to ensure smooth operations. I also monitor CCTV systems for security purposes.

I hold three Google Cloud Skills Boost certifications: Introduction to Google Workspace Administration, Create Image Captioning Models, and Transformer Models and BERT Model. These certifications demonstrate my proficiency and interest in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, which are essential skills for the future of IT. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me improve my IT skills and deliver better solutions to my clients. I am passionate about teaching IT skills to students and other professionals, as I believe that IT literacy is vital for personal and professional development. I have taught IT courses at St. Francis Xavier School Phrae and MCU Phrae Campus College, covering topics such as programming languages, database management, web development, networking, cybersecurity, and other IT-related subjects. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others and helping them achieve their IT goals.
