Customer Support Representative

In my previous roles, I have had the privilege to consistently met and exceeded performance targets, whether in terms of call and chat resolution timeframe, customer satisfaction scores and other key performance indicators set by the company. As a result of my exceptional customer service delivery, I was promoted to the role of a Customer Service Team Lead.

As for the type of job I am seeking, I am keen on a role that allows me to leverage my exceptional service delivery skills. I am particularly drawn to positions that offer the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead initiatives that drive innovation.
