- Senior level in Solidity, Rust, Solana, Web3.JS, Ethers.JS, React, Node, Python, Ruby, and GraphQL
- Experience in working at the Agile/SCRUM environment
- Experience in writing performant, maintainable code that is easy to read and well-documented
- Experience in writing A/B Testing, function testing, Unit Testing with JEST or Cypress
- Experience in deploying large-scale web applications using AWS
- Experience in writing well-organized and high-quality code by collaborating with cross-functional team
