Invented, patented, and implemented decentralized marketplace technology and cryptocurrency for the marketplace. Created and managed both companies' software design, product management, DevOps, UI/UX, legal, accounting, and compliance systems. Wrote all technical, legal, and marketing content for both companies, including whitepapers and Private Placement Memorandums. Designed, published, and maintained 2 websites and social media presence on 6 platforms for both companies. Wrote, directed, and published 10 'explainer videos' about the marketplace on YouTube. Achieved over 10,000 new user registrations within 3 months of launch.

Managed all production and personnel in 3 divisions of the company -- Treasury, Technical, and Qualifications Divisions. Designed, tested, and implemented new UI/UX and major product revisions as Product Manager and DevOps Leader. Increased software sales revenues by 50 percent through improved product quality and reliability as Quality Assurance Leader. Authored new policies, custom license agreements, and contracts, and ensured policy compliance as Legal Officer. Served on the Board of Directors, Executive Council, and the Financial Planning Committee.

Achieved branch office profitability in the first year of operation as Branch Manager. Recruited, trained, and supervised over 100 financial services representatives in the Clearwater Branch Office. Increased Branch Office mortgage production from zero to $25MM annually in three years. Authored the Broker-Dealer's 'NewAssociate Training Course and Resource Manual' (314 pages) used to train all new representatives.
