my position as a news & opinionated writer at propergaanda is not merely a job; it represents a significant growth phase in my life that i genuinely needed. i have a deep passion for writing, and contributing to a digital news channel allows me to continually learn about our country, the world we inhabit, and how we can catalyze positive change in ourselves and those around us. it's an opportunity to make people aware of things they might be unfamiliar with, introduce new trends, and impart essential knowledge. i conduct extensive research and prioritize credibility before disseminating any information. this marks just the beginning of my journey in this field, despite having honed my writing skills over the years.

i recently secured my place in aiesec after successfully navigating a rigorous selection process involving multiple interviews. my first assignment was attending the nyds 2023 conference, primarily designed for newcomers. i seized the opportunity to inspire and motivate others to participate in the conference. i played an active role in ensuring everyone's comfort and satisfaction, taking full responsibility for my actions, which led to recognition within the organization. subsequently, i was appointed as one of the three head delegates. in this role, i shouldered various responsibilities, including overseeing payments for merchandise, conference attendance, and travel expenses. i was committed to ensuring the well-being of all participants and addressing their needs. as a result, everyone attended the conference without any issues, creating lasting memories and invaluable learning experiences for all. now looking forward to more roles, more responsibilities through which i can bring change not just in the aiesec but in the world.

this mentorship program is led by nih researchers. it aims to provide us with knowledge, teach research methods, and guide us in writing our own research paper. this includes crafting a synopsis with proper literature work and methodology. currently, i am in the phase of developing the synopsis for approval. once approved, i can begin working on my own research paper.

pbsa (pakistan biological safety association) is a nonprofit organization that builds programs to train and educate people about biosafety and biosecurity with the collaboration of different organizations like the nih and some others. my job description merely involves writing, and research part like designing training, proposal or doing a research.

as the initial point of contact for both cold and warm leads, my role involves pitching our product to clients and guiding them through the booking process for product demonstrations. our product is a digital signage saas, catering to the b2b sector. i've consistently exceeded my targets, doubling our revenue. additionally, i've managed various operational tasks, including handling shipments via fedex, overseeing client recurring payments, and managing tickets and appointments

sales department, responsible for handling client’s current project, also reviewing client feature requests to determine potential new roadmap items, providing feedback to the team and working with the team to schedule for feature development. and completing the project without any refunds according to client’s requirement responsibly. products include custom design & marketing such as logo, smm, website development, mobile application basically one stop solution. helping clients with the server if its offline or unresponsive, taking necessary technical actions. and on top the main task, retaining the clients and providing the quality work so they don’t end up on refunds. collaborating with my development team on project enhancement.

manage large amount of incoming chats, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
