Feb 2017 - May 2023: Development and Maintenance of Extension Functions for the Claims System

Project Description: The claims system encompasses the entire management process from reporting to 

closure for vehicle and non-vehicle insurance claims, as well as the data flow interaction with third parties, 

using the SSH framework. 

Responsibility Description: Responsible for developing extension functions of the claims system and 

correcting system issues. Significant workload projects I participated in include the application design of 

the second batch of national vehicle incident location standards and road risk maps, core page code 

development for the national motor vehicle compulsory insurance and road traffic accident internet rapid 

processing information sharing service, optimization of the claims WeChat platform, functional 

requirements development for the calculation of statutory holiday limits for motor vehicle third-party 

liability insurance, optimization of the injury claim platform, and related requirements for regulatory real 

name registration and inspection. As a team leader, my main duties included requirement analysis, design 

and development of new functions, timely processing of historical data, and task delegation to team 

members. 

Feb 2017 - May 2023: Complaint Management System Development and Subsequent Extension Function 

Development and Maintenance

Project Description: An independent small-scale project embedded in a third-party system involving the 

addition of complaint work orders, work order processing, complaint callbacks, employee permission 

settings, and interaction with third-party call center platforms, core claims systems, imaging platforms, 

and SMS platforms; the system is online. SSH framework; interface interaction using cxf framework. 

2Responsibility Description: Responsible for the initial design and development of the project, including 

the front-end pages and backend development for work order processing and callback handling, and the 

subsequent development of expanded features for complaints, such as the addition of complaint 

archiving, complaint handling optimization, and first-response resolution. 

Feb 2022 - Nov 2022: Development of Functions Proposed by the Regulatory Platform 

Software Environment: Windows 10 + JDK1.7 + MySQL 

Development Tools: IntelliJ IDEA + Git + MySQL + Tomcat 

Project Description: Development of requirements proposed by the national regulatory platform (project 

name confidential). 

Responsibility Description: In charge of system design, development, and integration. 

Nov 2022 - May 2023: Development and Maintenance of Extension Functions for the New Vehicle Claims 

System 

Software Environment: Windows 10 + JDK1.7 + MySQL 

Development Tools: IntelliJ IDEA + Git + MySQL + Tomcat 

Project Description: The new vehicle claims system includes the entire management process from 

reporting to closure of new vehicle insurance claims and data flow interaction with third-party systems. 

Front-end and back-end separation; front-end using Vue, back-end with microservices architecture. 

Responsibility Description: Responsible for the development of extension functions for the new vehicle 

claims system and correcting existing issues in the system.
