React Native Developer

Contracted into the core engineering team of a scale-up, contributing to a social / lifestyle platform for creators and brands — across web and mobile product surfaces. Built the MVP cross-platform mobile app from scratch with React Native and Expo; kept feature parity with the Next.js web experience. Integrated a Vendure-powered e-commerce store, Zoho SalesIQ live support, and bidirectional web–mobile live feed sync.

Full-stack engineer on a self-custodial crypto wallet for iOS and Android — backup, recovery, and exchange flows where trust and reliability were non-negotiable. React Native client with a Node.js / Express.js and MongoDB backend; collaborated with a Rust team on security-critical components. Owned App Store and Play Store release pipelines; raised quality through coding standards, structured code reviews, Sentry monitoring, and performance work.

Shipped features across two products at a Budapest startup: a last-mile delivery platform and HSUP, a national e-learning programme serving thousands of students per semester. Delivery platform: map-based tracking, route guidance, and real-time updates, with shared business logic across web, mobile, and ops apps in an Nx monorepo (React, React Native, Expo, Node.js, Express). HSUP: student and admin surfaces built on NestJS, Strapi CMS, and MongoDB, supporting lesson and exam workflows at scale.

Engineer in the custom development group (~10 engineers) at an international software and integration provider, working on bespoke enterprise products. Built enterprise healthcare communication platforms for secure information exchange; migrated legacy JavaScript surfaces to Angular. Contributed to a WebRTC-based enterprise conferencing system.
