Contributed to the development of the company's top priority project, a collaborative document management system, utilizing full-stack coding in Typescript JS. Collaborated with a cross-functional team of developers to address the instability of a crucial internal development tool. Acquired proficient knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Argo, and GraphQL to improve tool functionality and support teams' needs efficiently. Developed and maintained Procore's heavily utilized tools (RFIs and Submittals) using Ruby on Rails and React JS, processing millions of daily transactions. Led meetings as Scrum Master and applied project management skills to subsequent team projects. Participated as a leader in the Women in Tech initiative, taking on the role of a mentor for women seeking to enter software engineering. Guided and trained several mentees, resulting in two being offered internal engineering positions and more to follow.
