01 - Brief & Requirement Gathering 
 

This first stage is very crucial because it determines the direction of the entire project. At this stage, the client will be asked to provide complete information about the project to be created. This information can be collected through a written brief, project form, or direct discussion. 

02 - Discovery Call & Research 

Once the initial brief has been put together, the next stage is the Discovery Call. This is a meeting between the client and the development/design team to understand the project in more detail. This stage also includes market, competitor and audience research to ensure that the solution provided is on target. 

03 - Design & Prototype 

After the Discovery Call & Research is completed, the next step is to create a design and prototype of the project. This stage aims to provide a visual representation of how the product will look and function before it is actually developed. 

04 - Development & Implementation 

Once the design and prototype are approved, the next stage is development and implementation. At this stage, developers begin translating the design into working code, both for the frontend (user interface) and the backend (behind-the-scenes systems). 

05 - Final Review & Deployment 

Once development is complete and all features have been implemented, the Final Review & 
Deployment phase aims to ensure that the product is ready to be published. This involves final 
checks, performance optimizations, and the process of rolling out to the server or platform used.
