I have been actively working in Web3 and crypto since 2020 — completing testnets, participating in community campaigns, testing product features, and researching different blockchain projects on my own. I understand how Web3 products work from a user and tester perspective.

Before Web3, I spent around 20 years in B2B sales and business development (IT sector and other industries), which gave me strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.

I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian. My spoken English is 
intermediate, and my written English is confident — I use it daily for research, social media (Twitter, Discord, Telegram), and professional communication. AI and translation tools help me where needed.

I also use AI tools every day for various work tasks — from drafting messages and research to analysing business strategies and optimising workflows.

My background: I have solid real-world Web3 
experience, but all of it was self-directed, not inside a company. 
That is exactly why I am ready to start from entry-level positions (trainee, junior, assistant) — with normal or basic, routine, or supporting tasks — and grow step by step within a team, taking on more responsibility over time.

I am looking for a company where I can contribute, learn, and develop long-term. Compensation at the start is flexible.
