Revamped the entire frontend UI into a modern Vue.js 2 application, aligning closely with Figma designs to ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface. Translated Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect Vue.js components, establishing reusable design patterns and a scalable component library. Improved frontend performance by optimizing rendering, reducing bundle size, and ensuring smoother navigation across modules. Collaborated with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs, provide UI feedback, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Organized and administered a development team consisting of three developers, one junior developer, and one intern. Conducted weekly meetings, distributed weekly assignments, and performed code reviews. Remodeled an existing platform built on .NET MVC 5 and jQuery into a new platform using .NET Core 6 and Vue.js 3, ensuring seamless integration with the legacy database. Assisted over 15 enterprise customers, including banks, accelerators, and schools, in setting up a white-label platform to manage their startup programs. This included a user portal and admin portal hosted on AWS servers, with platform versioning controlled via GitHub Actions.
