Led and coordinated a Public Relations (Humas) team of 20 members in managing all event permits and external relations. Held full responsibility for the venue usage permitting process, including ensuring the completeness and compliance of all administrative documents. Drafted, created, and managed the workflow of official permit letters addressed to university officials and other relevant authorities. Communicated with various parties (e.g., building management, security, campus bureaucracy) to ensure the event proceeded according to applicable rules and regulations.
