✓ Led the legal team with external lawyers that reached in California court an out-of-court settlement with the Hewlett Packard Enterprise over system failures in its IT network
✓ For the last financial year saved ~ $110 million company, protected the interests of the company during negotiations, resolved conflicts, and accompanied large, long-term, convergent purchases and M&A under multi-jurisdictional law
