Credit Marketing Officer Intern PT Maybank Indonesia Finance | Feb 2024 – Feb 2025 As a Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) Intern, I was responsible for managing the vehicle credit process, from finding prospective customers, analyzing credit eligibility, to fund disbursement. I was also active in building relationships with dealers to enhance business cooperation and ensure an optimal customer experience. Some of my main tasks included: Approaching and collaborating with dealers in marketing vehicle credit products. Verifying prospective debtor data and analyzing their repayment capacity. Providing credit recommendations to the management team based on field survey results. Overseeing the fund disbursement process to dealers according to the prevailing regulations. This experience has honed my skills in credit analysis, negotiation, marketing, and business relationship building. Additionally, I also gained deep insights into the financing industry and digital-based marketing strategies.
