Marketing Manager

I come with a total experience of 4 years of marketing management and analytics in the cryptocurrency industry. I am right now working as a Marketing Manager at Dock, a Substrate-based Proof of Stake blockchain project in the Polkadot Ecosystem, directing all phases of the creative and technical elements of marketing which include crypto and blockchain partnerships, product market strategy, brand and communication strategy, social media management (Hootsuite), SEO Optimization (SEMrush, Google Search Console), community building (Telegram, Twitter, and Discord), PR management, content management, influencer management, and thought leadership. I also directed all dynamics of crypto marketing that include community updates, contests, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, management and growth of Telegram and Discord channels, Web3 newsletter and blogs, and campaigns with leading crypto exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Kucoin, and Gate.io.

I am a highly KPI and analytics-driven person. For me, the success of my role is purely driven by the in-depth research of the target audience, targets set before the marketing plans, and the results achieved after their execution. I have grown Dock's Twitter channel by 6000+ followers, Discord by 10,000+ members, and Coinmarketcap account by 13,000+ followers with my social media and community growth strategies. I improved the overall perception of the DOCK token which resulted in token volume growing by 2400% during major announcements. I also headed a Web3 education email campaign with the name ‘Web3 in Brief Newsletter’ through which 220,000+ subscribers were learning about Web3, blockchain, crypto, and decentralized identities bi-weekly. My 2 blogs written for Dock on ‘Web3 Scams’ and ‘the History of Web3’ rank on the first page of Google.

In my previous company, PAC Blockchain, I worked as a Product Marketing Manager. I built the communication funnel between cross-functional teams and created the core messaging of the product after finalizing the value proposition. I drove 15+ marketing campaigns based on my go-to-market strategy and targeting customer acquisition KPIs related to Unido app downloads and Unido enterprise platform sign-ups. I also ran specialized marketing programs for Unido’s crypto community that fostered token holder growth by 400%. I worked with PR and marketing agencies and crypto influencers to drive the overall growth of brand awareness and token prices.

Before this, I was a Content Manager at CoinDCX, India’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. I built their end-to-end brand and product communication strategy, social media calendars, growth campaign copies, and complete SEO strategy. I was a crucial contributor to India’s largest crypto adoption campaign - #TryCrypto which was covered in various media outlets across the globe. I partnered with various crypto marketing agencies, crypto YouTubers, Telegram channels, and Twitter influencers to lay down a 4-month plan which brought 440,000 app downloads, 26,000 followers on our Telegram channel, and 18,000 followers on Twitter.

Being a content manager, all the content and communications which are produced by the company take place under my supervision. I brought more than 2500 subscribers to their blog, consistently growing at a rate of 8-10% every month. Our Webpages weren’t ranked in the top 300 pages of Google before I joined the company. With my expertise, they now rank in the top 3 pages in the majority of the global industry-wide keywords and on the first page of all India-specific keywords. CoinDCX’s academy, DCX Learn has been started, launched, and was functioning under my supervision with 85 out of 96 blogs written by myself.

I earlier worked as a Senior Analyst for Novum Insights, a London-based market monitor of emerging technologies. I also wrote detailed quantitative and qualitative reports on key players, consumers, demographics, investments, sectors, and applications of the technology. I have been writing articles and publishing reports on various topics related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies for major online media outlets like The Fintech Times. The list of topics includes ICOs, STOs, IEOs, stable coins, analysis and business models on a blockchain, different sectors disrupted by blockchain, and many others.
