As the VP of Marketing for The NFT Gaming Company, Inc. from 2022-2023, I had the honor of leading the successful go-to-market strategy for a pioneering Web3 gaming platform that leveraged the Polygon Blockchain and NFT tech. With 18 multi-genre titles, we achieved remarkable results, including SEC approval for our NASDAQ IPO, B2B business development, and developing effective in-game economy, pricing, and marketing strategies.
During my tenure as the VP of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing for Nieley, LLC from 2021-2022, I spearheaded the brand spin-off of our subsidiary, iGames, Inc., and launched the innovative startup PlayOn Game Marketing. Within a short span of time, we successfully introduced two groundbreaking programs in game analytics and influencer marketing. Key achievements included driving profitability, significant market penetration, and massive community growth of more than two million gamers. Clients included HP Omen, Intel GAP, Alienware, Steel Series, Lenovo Legion, Crucial as well as 250+ LAN centers and thousands of game studios.
As the Head of Marketing & Publishing at Trapdoor Technologies in 2016-2017, I developed comprehensive go-to-market and product development strategies that resulted in double-digit monthly subscriptions for their TTRPG table app. This achievement played a crucial role in the company's growth and success.
During my time as a Marketing Creative Producer for Hasbro-Wizards of the Coast from 2013-2015, I led the copywriting efforts and spearheaded an impressive 24 product launches annually, contributing to a remarkable revenue growth of 45%.
In addition, I have valuable experience in global field enablement, having led the launch of the pioneering SaaS Creative Cloud at Adobe. Working with teams across the UK, India, Canada, Australia, the USA, and Japan, I played a pivotal role in the successful adoption of this revolutionary software. Furthermore, I was responsible for mobile sales and support enablement for T-Mobile, USA, encompassing 15,000 staff members and 4,700+ retail locations.
