Working at Lagotronics Projects meant I got to work on large international Theme Park productions, more specifically ‘Interactive Dark Rides,’ primarily in Asia and Europe, producing the interactive media (games) components. Additional tasks included on-site business development, delivery, client stakeholder management and more. Many of the productions included building our own IP’s as well as working with well-established international IP’s. I was asked to collaborate with numerous international partners to produce these high-end projects under time-pressure, in competitive environments; on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

For over 9 years I've been involved in setting up and running the international game company ISOTX as a co-founder. Starting out straight after college on a small budget using money from my Dutch Art Award this company attracted international investors and grew out to house over 50 people, creating numerous Free-2-Play MMO's, tools, and other games. My role in ISOTX was primarily that of Creative Director/Game Producer, but I have on-and-off worked on a variety of roles including Art Direction, business development, marketing, and general management.
