Community Moderator / Community Support
Iβve been active in crypto since 2017 with a focus on community and operations.
Responsible for keeping crypto Telegram and Discord communities calm, safe, and active. Typical work includes answering user questions, keeping discussions on track, removing spam/scam, and stopping drama or FUD before it hurts trust. A key part of the role is providing clear, steady support during stressful moments (missing tokens, delayed transactions, bridge or fee confusion). The work also includes creating simple, direct content: news updates, safety reminders, giveaways, promo posts.
Used to working with non-technical users who are stressed about money and time. The priority is to explain what happened, what to do next, and how to stay safe β in plain language, without hype.
Currently open to a full-time community support / moderation position in a crypto or Web3 project. Reliable, fast to respond, comfortable with APAC/evening/weekend coverage, and able to handle the routine work that keeps a community healthy day after day.
