I started my career as a maritime officer before moving into startups, where I spent 6+ years building customer experience and operations functions from the ground up - most notably scaling CX to 250+ people at CoinDCX, India’s largest crypto exchange.

After leading CX and B2B partnerships at Stakefish, I pursued an MBA from IE Business School to deepen my understanding of strategy and finance and desgined GTM and fundraising strategy in a founder’s office role for my MBA summer project.
