My name is Valeria, I'm Ukrainian, now staying in Portugal.

 Currently, I’m working as a team coordinator on a non-commercial project - an online radio station. It was launched in Kyiv, Ukraine during the war and broadcasts mainly Ukrainian electronic music. Before that, I’ve been working with creative teams in different areas - IT game dev, 3D architectural visualization, etc. I understand how to work with creators and developers and love this. I have overall 2 years of experience in managing rushing projects, working with multiple projects in parallel.
I'm always trying to develop my personality and deepen my knowledge in the areas I’m interested in. My main passion is visual art: exhibitions, contemporary and classic art, and digital art. 
One of my strengths is a good adaptation to new conditions along with fast learning. I'm also quite resistant to working in tight timeframes. I'm interested in NFT and crypto world, and want to dive into this area to understand the system in detail. 
 The best motivation in work for me is the ability to grow in the field that inspires me and communicate with a team of professionals.
