I am a senior crypto-accounting professional providing financial stewardship and oversight to scaling Web3 and Layer 1/2 projects. I have delivered over c.$15m of financial benefit to businesses I have worked with including helping to secure venture financing. I also have a demonstrable track-record of building and developing high-performing Finance functions. This includes implementation and development of a number of financial systems (e.g. NetSuite) and processes enabling the automation of complex crypto-accounting transactions and LTIP provisions for example.

Head of the Group’s Finance, Administration and Data Analysis functions partnering the Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO) with respect to investor relations, fundraising, corporate financing, EMI valuations and company compliance activities. Responsibilities included: - Financial modelling and due diligence with respect to Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) equity and venture debt fundraising (of c.£3m) - Management of the company equity table - Oversight of all financial activities including ERP integrations - Management of the annual Audit engagement (including finalisation of statutory financial statements, share option valuation report and the CT600 Corporation Tax return) - Performance and line management of two employees - Oversight of Research & Development (R&D) Tax Rebates - Preparation of Board Monthly Management Reports and Quarterly Venture Capital Returns - Financial planning, review and analysis (against commercial KPIs, forecast and budget) - Monthly consolidations and Balance Sheet reconciliations - Preparation of monthly cash-flows, covenant analysis and bank reconciliations - Payroll process compliance and management - Management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) - Ad-hoc financial modelling and pricing analysis - Commercial contract reviews - Management of all company insurance arrangements - VAT returns and compliance reviews - Preparation of ONS, VAT, P11D and PSA returns
