Owned end-to-end design and engineering for Electoral Empire, a turn-based political simulation featuring interconnected systems (economy, propaganda, elections, intelligence, diplomacy) and negotiation/card mechanics. Integrated local LLMs leveraging Ollama and Qwen models to generate dynamic situational descriptions, seamlessly translating complex deterministic game states into immersive, context-aware player narratives. Designed the overall architecture and shipped core systems using Electron + React + TypeScript, prioritising maintainability, predictable behaviour, and fast iteration. Built a deterministic simulation pipeline (fixed round execution order, reproducible RNG, modular systems) to enable rapid feature expansion and reliable balance iteration. Achieved significant commercial traction prior to launch, securing over 2,500 organic Steam wishlists and successfully negotiating a definitive publishing deal with an upfront advance payment.

Led delivery for an internal Ad mediation platform, building the application from scratch and defining its initial structure. Owned development and ongoing maintenance of experiment dashboards for an A/B testing platform. Maintained and enhanced official BitTorrent/uTorrent websites; collaborated with PMs and US-based engineers in English and documented requirements and decisions. Analyzed WebTorrent source code and documented integration findings for uTorrent Lite.

Led delivery across multiple Web3 products, owning UI architecture, quality, and cross-team alignment with backend and security stakeholders. Shipped Shentu Staking Dashboard (Next.js) end-to-end, covering core flows, performance improvements, error handling and production readiness. Led development of DeepWallet browser extension, focusing on wallet integration, security-sensitive UX, and release stability. Built and maintained the OpenBounty website from scratch with SEO best practices and responsive design; improved the acquisition funnel through iterative performance and UX work. Partnered with Go backend engineers on blockchain data services and APIs using SQS, SNS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway, ensuring integration reliability and data correctness.

Architected and implemented a robust data synchronization framework leveraging the Saga Pattern to ensure eventual consistency across multi-region asset management systems. Engineered automated compensating transaction logic (Undo/Redo) to handle synchronization failures, maintaining data integrity for high-stakes financial operations.
