In my role focusing on customer management and product/service sales, I serve as a customer service agent for Vodafone, operating through the outsourcing company Armatis. My responsibilities include customer retention using the company's customer relationship management system and acquiring new customers through effective sign-up processes.

In my position involving the purchase and sale of products to cater to car insurers, I oversee the management of orders and negotiate contracts for vehicle insurance. Providing daily customer service, I actively engage with both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, I play a role in customer engagement through multi-channel marketing strategies.
