Managed a cybersecurity technology acquisition/delivery program comprised of eight analysts and developers. Responsible for managing schedule and quality of written project output; recommended technology for cybersecurity and organizational improvement. Performance-driven but people-focused leadership delivered technology roadmaps and narratives on customer industry positions/KPIs; created program management office. Instituted a metric-based structure to drive continuous improvement and achieve within budget and on deadline; supporting $650 million in federal cybersecurity investments.
