I am a senior business builder and entrepreneur with a background in law, and extensive experience in DAOs, partnerships, digital marketing, analytics, and strategy. 

I’ve been fortunate to work with global 2000 companies (Deloitte, IBM, Dell), as well as innovative start-ups in technology, EV, Cannabis and the Blockchain.  I was the founding member of the Advisory Board in both (Daymak - https://daymakavvenire.com/) and Spyder Cannabis (renamed Delota Corp.- https://corporate.spydercannabis.com/). Both companies are on a revenue run rate of approximately $18-$20M. My role in both included, business development, marketing strategy, helping form boards of directors, governance structures, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and managing outside attorneys. 

I am currently contributing to Bankless DAO Legal Guild, and the producer/co-ordinator of its Ab Initio podcast series - https://banklessdaolegalguild.podbean.com/.  I a member of Polygon DAO, Aragon DAO, and City DAO.  I also act as an advisor to the Mistral and Lightbeam projects.

I am excited about the power of Web3, NFTs & DAOs, to liberate innovation, and more equitably distribute wealth and opportunities in ways never seen before.
