While working as COO, CVO, and CEO at the blockchain game studio Ewin Games, I was responsible for many factors in the development of the company, including managing department heads and individual specialists; making decisions on choosing the direction of projects; web3 industry trend analysis; creating and management of all social resources of the company and individual projects (Twitter, Discord, YouTube, Zealy, Premint); holding team meetings; communication with the community and analysis of player behavior; management and direct participation in player support; testing projects at each stage; mentoring the work process with an outsourcing studio; negotiating with potential partners of the company, including top brands in the industry; signing partnerships with
Immutable, Polygon, Chainlink, OffChain, Oxya, and many others; presentation of the company at conferences in Lisbon and Paris; responding to industry shifts and setting goals to follow trends; defining key blocks for project website and creating initial layouts; negotiations with dozens potential investors, and many other tasks. In fact, I had to manage or participate in almost all the processes of the Web3 gaming company. In my free time, I also combined my love for games with testing and analysis of projects of direct competitors and leaders of Web3 and the traditional gaming industry.

Based on the volume and areas of work that I have done before, I would say that I can be most useful in the role of CEO's Assistant(Executive Assistant / Strategic Assistant / All-Around Assistant / Generalist Support to CEO / Project Coordinator / etc.). To carry out various tasks delegated by the CEO, or other key team members, learn from them, and improve my skills in various areas.
But I can also consider different positions if both sides will ensure I can be useful doing another staff.
