Enthusiastic about statistics, data science and technology in general. Motivated to find creative, efficient and easy-to-understand solutions to solve practical issues, be they process improvement, automation or others. Extensive experience in the academic field of statistical models, with an emphasis on developing methods for identifying changes in survival time patterns, using survival analysis models and control charts. Used to carrying out intensive simulation studies, with emphasis on R software, using parallel programming on a high-performance Linux server. In the corporate sphere, I worked for a consultancy company on projects to develop predictive models and various analyses of large databases containing customer information for a large financial institution. In this role, I developed knowledge of SAS software for data analysis, and made improvements to programs for calculating provisions with a significant reduction in processing time. I then worked in the analytics area of a telecom company, where I consolidated my SAS skills, developing various data pipelines, reports and statistical analyses, with automated server processes and data controls with alarms about anomalies in the information.
