Managed daily sell-outs for 11 dealers and supervised 12 sales promoters in 2 provinces, with responsibilities including tracking sell-out run rate sell, weekly promoters skill training, stock monitoring, shopfront management, and receivables collection for digital imaging, audio, and TV products. Developed and managed two independent dealers, achieving an average monthly sell-in of IDR 1.5 billion (100% of the target in the first half of 2024), sales increased by 137% YoY in the first half of 2024.

Drove profitability by assessing the effectiveness of operational financial strategies across three sister companies. Facilitated and monitored process improvement through a Lean Six Sigma project, using consultation and PDCA to implement ideas and solutions across 16 estate areas.
