With a strong foundation in Blockchain Management and a Master's degree in Enterprise Development Management, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to drive innovative projects to success.

During my time at Gritnova Global Campus, I collaborated with industry experts from esteemed organizations such as ETH Foundation, Solana, Avalanche, Decentraland, and Algorand. Through intensive modules in Agile Project Management, Blockchain Fundamentals, Data Analytics for Crypto, and more, I developed a deep understanding of the decentralized ecosystem and its potential.

As a Fundraising Operator & Steward at Developer DAO, I played a pivotal role in raising over $200k in equity-free grants within a short span, even during the bear market. I spearheaded the creation of a Grant evaluation rubric, establishing efficient processes for evaluating and selecting the most promising projects. Through my extensive network and research, I established strong relationships with Grant Leads from various protocols, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

At Web3Devs Poland, as a Core Team Member, I excelled in community management, business development, and developing DAO transformation strategies. I organized hackathons alongside global crypto conferences, fostering innovation and engagement within the community. With a keen focus on creating an inclusive environment, I organized meet-ups to connect like-minded individuals and promote collaboration.

As the Founder of UNIMIND DAO, I championed education in Web3 and built a thriving community. I developed a decentralized organizational structure that empowered community members to contribute and create high-quality content. I also ensured seamless onboarding experiences and created educational materials to further disseminate knowledge across social channels.

In my role as a Co-founder at Web3Edi, a decentralized online learning platform startup, I drove the development of marketing strategies and actively led the hiring process. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of an NFT collection. This experience allowed me to blend my expertise in education and blockchain technology.

At Startup Academy Poland, I honed my skills in social media management, educational content creation, and partner relations. I utilized my marketing prowess to strengthen the Academy's online presence and engaged with partners to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

In previous positions, such as Strategy Analyst & Marketing at PERSO.IN and various roles at Business Centre Club, I demonstrated exceptional proficiency in competition analysis, marketing campaigns, and project management. I orchestrated successful recruitment drives, organized large-scale events, raised funding, and efficiently managed newsletters and social promotions.
