Web3 Partnerships & Community Operations Lead

I’ve spent the last few years building in the tech and gaming space, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that creating the tech is only half the battle—managing the human element is where projects actually win or lose.

I sit right between technical execution and people operations, which makes me a perfect fit for early-stage startups and new projects where things move fast, roles are fluid, and execution needs to be sharp. My biggest edge is a combination of high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a philosophical approach to problem-solving. In Web3, chaos and shifting priorities are just part of the game. I’m at my best when I’m stepping into that environment, de-escalating tension, and turning complex disputes into clear, win-win situations where everyone feels heard.

Because I have a solid technical background (I code in TypeScript, understand system architectures, and actively build with autonomous AI agents), I don't speak in vague terms. I can sit down with developers, understand their actual bottlenecks, and translate that seamlessly to users or investors. I find it incredibly easy to connect and communicate with high-level partners and stakeholders because I naturally speak both tech and business.

I am hyper-adaptable when it comes to business operations. For me, it’s never about rigid processes or "doing things the old way"—it’s about being agile, reading the market, and doing whatever it takes to drive the project’s strategic benefit and bottom line.

Always open to connect and chat about Web3 growth, gaming, or systems thinking.
